With our shuttle service, you don't have to worry about how to get to us. We will be happy to pick you up directly from your front door in one of our elegant limousines, luggage service included. The limousines have modern equipment so that you can make yourself comfortable in the fully air-conditioned interior even in summer. Punctuality, discretion and excellent local knowledge of your chauffeur are a matter of course. Enjoy the luxury of being able to look forward to your Baltic Sea vacation in a completely relaxed manner and contemplate the landscape on the way to Binz.

E-charging station Sustainable on vacation

As residents of the beautiful island of Rügen with its chalk cliffs, white sandy beaches and pristine forests, we are particularly concerned about environmental protection. Like us, more and more people are switching to an electric car. That's why, when you vacation with us with your e-car, we offer you a very special service: you have the opportunity to charge it at one of two charging stations, which are safely located in the hotel's underground garage. While your car is charging, you can enjoy a relaxing wellness session, indulge in culinary delights or take a nice walk on the beach.

Children's paradise Vacation for the whole family

A vacation is for the whole family to have fun, relax and get away from it all. That is why we offer you and your children a very special service with our children's paradise. The childcare center will be open again by easter 2022. Children between 3 and 15 years old are allowed to be creative here and have fun together. At the holidays, we have very special offers like Easter egg hunts or a meeting with Santa Claus. If your child is younger than three years old or you would like childcare outside of opening hours, we offer this for a fee by prior arrangement.

What credit cards are accepted at the hotel?

The following credit cards are accepted in our hotel: American Express, Master Card and Visa as well as all EC cash cards.

Is there a possibility to rent a car/bikes on site?

If you arrive without a car and still want to explore our beautiful island independently of public transport, our team at the reception will contact a car rental agency for you. Also, we are happy to assist you in renting a bicycle from Deutschmann bike rental service. Please notify us about your wish already in the morning of the selected day.

Is there a parking place for the car?

Our hotel has its own underground parking garage. Parking in the garage as well as on the hotel forecourt is subject to a charge of € 21.00 per day and vehicle. The marked fire department access roads must be kept clear at all times for safety reasons.

Where can my electric car be charged?

You have the possibility to charge your electric vehicle in our underground garage. The reception will gladly inform you about the use and instruction.

Is there childcare at the hotel?

We offer childcare in our children's paradise (open again from easter 2022) between the Rugard Thermal Strandhotel and the Arkona Strandhotel. By the way: If you need an additional baby crib, please ask at our reception.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Pets are welcome in our house. However, we ask for your understanding that for hygienic reasons pets are not allowed in our restaurant RUIANI and the fireplace room as well as in our wellness areas. We ask you to keep your four-legged friends on a leash throughout the hotel. Please also note the dog regulation of the district of Rügen. The visitor's tax for your dogs will be charged with 2.00 € per dog and day.

Are there medical offices near the hotel?

In case you need to see a doctor during your vacation, we will be happy to assist you. Please ask our staff at the reception. Here you can also ask if you want to know where the nearest pharmacy is located.

Can beach towels be rented at the hotel?

We kindly ask you not to use the hotel linen outside the hotel - especially on the beach. We will be happy to provide you with beach towels. Please contact the reception staff for this purpose. If you want to rent a beach chair, you are also welcome to ask at the reception.

Is there a possibility to play golf nearby?

You have the choice between two golf courses on the island of Rügen. The 9-hole golf course of Schloss Ranzow is located near Lohme and is about 28 kilometers from the Baltic resort of Binz. The 18-hole golf course "Schloss Karnitz" near Putbus is about 26 kilometers away from the Baltic resort Binz. For more information please contact the reception.

Can rooms also be rented for meetings or celebrations?

Our hotel has a divisible event room with daylight. We will be happy to organize your anniversary, your meeting or your next conference. If you are interested, please contact our staff at the reception.
